Second aircraft to our fleet.

This time we leased McDonnell Douglas MD-11 aircraft. Big, heavy airliner with 3-engines, capable of taking 322 passengers, 27 tons of cargo over 7600 nm distance. This aircraft will be used mainly between capital cities.

Thanks to our pilot Erik who got this aircraft from JFK.

Viking Airways has leased first aircraft. Airbus A320-211 was chosen.

The CEO sad: “Out focus is on modern, fuel efficient and reliable aircrafts. The technologically advanced A320 aircraft will give our passengers high level of safety and comfort with it’s new 150 seats in two-class configuration. We are proud to be one of many Airbus operators and will include every member of Airbus family in out fleet in the future”.

The new routes for this aircraft will include domestic destination in Norway and international destinations in Poland, UK France and Germany.

Today, we are proud to announce that we start work with Viking Airways – Virtual Airline.

We don’t know how long it will take to get VA running, but we will open as soon it is possible.
